UPDATED, Dec. 2: A Taunton man wanted in connection to house break-ins in at least six communities, including Arlington, was arrested Friday, Dec. 1, Patch has reported. Medford police told the website that Brandon Seeley, 29, is likely part of a larger group of people involved in recent break-ins.
Police detectives from Medford, Malden, Melrose, Stoneham, Lexington and Arlington arrested Seeley at a Braintree house where he was staying. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant that Medford police applied for when they got evidence allegedly connecting him to a recent Medford break-in that resulted in property theft.
Medford, Malden, Melrose, Stoneham, Lexington and Arlington had seen an increase in break-ins over the past four to six weeks, police said. No details were yet available about any Arlington case.
Patch reported a series of Arlington break-in this past week.
Medford police said Seeley has ties to the area.
Police believed more are involved, and said his accomplices are “likely to be charged,” though none is yet in custody, Patch reported.
