The topic “Building meaningful relationships for a purposeful life ” was presented Wednesday, Jan. 15. This virtual presentation discussed the importance of deepening and expanding relationships in order to combat loneliness. Life coach Scott Miller hosted this seminar.

This seminar is part of CMK Homecare’s Caregiver Support Project (CSP) designed to build community and help retirees and their families live a life of resilience, according to the organization’s website.
Carmel Murphy-Kotyan is the owner/director or CMK Home Care in Arlington. She has been in the caregiving industry for 25 years and has been hosting free Zoom Lunch and Learns since 2020 for family caregivers, solo agers and retirees. They generally (but not always) take place on the third Wednesday of each month, with different presenters and topics every month.
