Calvary Church’s Christmas Spectacular in 2022. /Sonya Coleman photoResidents attended the Calvary Church’s eighth annual “Christmas Spectacular,” scheduled this year for Sunday, Dec. 15, from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
This is free, family-friendly event included a performance by the Calvary Brass Band, who is to play a series of popular holiday carols. Audiences are encouraged to sing along. Joining the band are the Calvary Choir and the Calvary Ukulele Band.
Planned for the evening wee such activities as Christmas trivia, story telling and a “festive ugly holiday sweater” contest.
Calvary Church is at 300 Mass. Ave. at Linwood Street.
