Free activities that day also are said to include a Lego building station, scavenger hunts and workshops. Also planned are student art sales, pop-up chili sales, pop-up plant sales, donation-based photos with reptiles, a photo booth to capture memories, and various vendors and raffles; attendees are advised to bring cash to pay for any of these extras.
An indoor snowball fight, “animal encounter” photographs and wooden car races also are scheduled, acccording to Interim Principal Katie Bouchard, speaking at the school-committee meeting Tuesday evening. She added that so far 15 employees and nearly 30 student workers/volunteers will be helping out that morning.
