The District Restaurant at Minuteman High School will host the eighth-annual Ryan’s Wish fund-raiser to benefit student scholarships on Wednesday, April 13.

This year’s fund-raiser is barbeque themed and will be open to the public for lunch and dinner service.
All food is prepared and served by students in Minuteman’s culinary arts and hospitality major.
Ryan Eaton was a 2014 Minuteman High School graduate from Watertown who majored in culinary arts.
It was his wish to establish a scholarship fund in his name to benefit future graduates of Minuteman.
All proceeds from the lunch and dinner will be contributed to the Ryan Eaton Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Phone reservations are required for both dinner and lunch service. Tickets are $20 per person.
Minuteman Superintendent-Director Ed Bouquillon, a barbecue master, will hold his 15th “BBQ Institute” with the culinary arts students for the Ryan’s Wish fund-raiser — teaching techniques about how to prep and serve barbecue. Bouquillon leads a professional barbecue team that has competed nationally and caters regionally. He is retiring from Minuteman in June.

- Tickets are $20 per person
- Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit cards, or checks
- All checks to be made payable to Minuteman High School; in the memo write: “Ryan Eaton Scholarship.”
