The Arlington Select Board had a meeting on Monday, Aug. 18, in person at the Select Board chambers (Town Hall, 730 Mass. Ave., second floor) and virtually via Zoom.
According to this agenda, the board has several items planned for discussion, including upcoming events such as Town Day in September and the ArlingtonEATS “Turkey Trot” in November, along with a review of proposals, such as the implementation of curbside gardens and installation of public cooling structures.
Additionally, the select board is prepared to hear from members of the Conservation Commission regarding a plea to pause fishing at Hills Pond as a result of frequent bird deaths from fishing lines, hooks and bobs.
