The town’s Conservation Commission held a remote meeting for 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 5.
The agenda says that the ongoing Thorndike Place hearing — a notice of intent for the construction a multifamily development near Dorothy Road, which was continued from the commission’s Nov. 21 meeting — was to be held Dec. 5 but is expected to be continued again, to Dec. 19.
The applicant, Arlington Land Realty LLC, was asked to provide additional information during the October meeting, after the presentation of the peer review report from GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc. and revised stormwater calculations from BSC, the consultant for the applicant. An email from the Arlington Land Trust said the organization’s hydrology consultants also provided information from their groundwater monitoring and stormwater mounding analyses and responses to recent GZA and BSC reports.
