Bjorn Krammer, a birder who works in Arlington, was at Broadway Plaza about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, when he spotted a hawk perched high between the Central Fire Station and the War Memorial with a rising moon as a backdrop.
Using a long lense, he got the best shot he could, but is left with a question: Is it a Cooper’s or a Sharp-Shinned Hawk?
