The Arlington Redevelopment Board met at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5, in person only, in the main hall of the Arlington Community Center, 27 Maple St.
The agenda included one public hearing, regarding a request to construct a three-family building at 149 Pleasant to replace an existing single-family home. Members of the public were provided time to comment.
Additionally, this meeting included a presentation from the town’s economic-development coordinator plus a discussion about the potential redevelopment of the Alewife MBTA stop.
