In many cases, Meals on Wheels allows them to live in the dignity and comfort of their own homes. In Arlington, almost 150 meals are delivered each day.
The group also has a dining program for socializing at the Arlington Senior Center, 27 Maple St. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays.
