The town Zoning Board of Appeals held a continued hearing about the permit for Thorndike Place on Thursday, May 13.
Board Chair Christian Klein told YourArlington on May 17 that the board reviewed documents submitted May 10 and received much comment from residents about an updated plan. The board indicated to the applicant that the current direction with the return of the duplex houses along Dorothy Road and a larger building behind is preferable to the large building being right out on the street.
The board agreed to extend the review period from May 20 to June 25. The hearing was continued to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 10.
