UPDATED, July 5: The celebration of the Fourth of July returned to Robbins Farm Park, as the Covid-19 pandemic eased.

Some of the hundreds present on the upper hillside brought picnics.

Some ate Costco pies and bought drinks at the nearby stand

Many reminisced by listening to the Reminisants, a 48-year-old oldies band. Many children lined up in front of the band's tent to do the Twist.

The event, held by the Friends of Robbins Farm Park, ended at 7:30 p.m.

The Boston fireworks were held at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, July 4. Scroll down in this listing >>
