Oaktree, the North Cambridge developer, presented a revised plan during the last hearing, May 13. It reinstated 12 duplexes near Dorothy Road as ownership units and changed the main building use to include 126 rental units for senior independent and assisted living.
This reduces the building size and the number of parking spaces in the proposed plan. The impact on the wetlands, flooding, traffic and safety still remain a concern for the neighborhood and the area, the Coalition to Save the Mugar Wetlands says.
