E. Arlington man, 46, charged in meth trafficking
Arlington police have charged a 46-year-old East Arlington man with trafficking in methamphetamine.
Joseph Theodore Ryan was arrested about 9:51 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, after town officers and members of the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment on Windsor Street.
Inside the apartment, police located and seized multiple plastic baggies and containers of methamphetamine, multiple digital scales, a bag of blue pills, a bag of yellow pills, drug packaging materials and more than $4,000 in U.S. currency, a police news release from Guilfoil Public Relations said.
Ryan was taken into custody without incident. He was scheduled to arraigned later the same day afternoon at Cambridge District Court.
