The Arlington Redevelopment Board (ARB) has scheduled a meeting on Monday, March 16 at 7 p.m. The board plans to meet at the community center, 27 Maple St.
According to the agenda, the ARB will be hosting warrant article hearings, reviewing a total of five in preparation for the 2026 Town Meeting;
- Article 49: Home occupations
- Article 50: Amendment to Arlington Zoning Map
- Article 51: Amendment to zoning bylaw table of dimension and density regulations
- Article 54: Traffic visibility
- Article 58: Frontage (facade) build-out ratio for single-family dwellings.
