UPDATED April 29: The Arlington Redevelopment Board (ARB) met at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 29, in person, at the Arlington Community Center, 27 Maple St., in the main hall.
The agenda says the board expects to vote on whether to recommend the supplemental board report to this year’s annual Town Meeting.
Also, the board plans to vote on recommending to Town Meeting the amendment of its zoning map to adopt multifamily housing overlay districts; this is one of the dozens of warrant articles that Town Meeting has begun considering. “The board will hear the proposed zoning bylaw and map amendment. The public hearing will include time both for public comment and for deliberation and voting by the board,” the agenda says.
