Spring warrant closed at noon Jan. 27
2012 spring Town Meeting, Arlington, Mass.

The warrant (agenda) for the Annual Town Meeting for 2012 was open from Friday, Dec. 2, at 8 a.m. to Friday, Jan. 27, at noon.

During this period, warrant articles (agenda items) could be submitted to the selectmen's office. The warrant article submission packet, which includes instructions, is available at the selectmen's office at Town Hall and at arlingtonma.gov/townmeeting. Town Meeting starts Monday, April 23.

The 2012 town election is set for Tuesday, April 10.

A list of open offices and information for potential candidates can be found at arlingtonma.gov/elections.

Town Moderator John D. Leone reported the following about the election of Town Meeting members: 

Note that due to the reprecincting, all Town Meeting members in the following preceincts are required to run fort election again:
